And The "Buyer" is the person, company or body placing an order with the Seller via the web site either directly or indirectly with intent to purchase goods and/or services described on the web site. No variation in these terms will be permissible unless signed by an authorized officer of the Seller.
How to order
You can order products displayed on this website

- By emailing or posting a written order to us.
If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you wish you can print this out so that you have a hard copy of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Prices
Prices will be quoted and agreed before we process your order. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel or amend your order and we will refund any monies that you have paid in excess of the amount due for any deliverable goods.
All quotations given by the Seller (unless otherwise agreed in writing) are subject to withdrawal and alteration without notice and do not constitute an offer to supply goods. Goods supplied against order will be charged at the price on the date of dispatch. Prices do not include the costs of delivery which must be paid by the Buyer unless stated otherwise.
Payment

In the case of orders received by the Seller from outside the United Kingdom, the exact exchange rate will be determined by your credit card supplier at the time the order is processed. For payments by Money Order, Direct Bank Wire Transfer or Cheque please contact us to obtain an agreed amount which will be calculated based upon the exchange rate ruling at the time.
